We believe this approach helps us avoid excessive inventory, deadstock, and unnecessary production costs, while allowing us to provide you with personalized garments that meet your individual preferences.

Exchanges, however, can be made in the form of store credits and vouchers. We understand that issues related to size or fit can occasionally arise, and we are here to assist you. If you encounter such an issue with your order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please send us an email with the subject line "Exchange Request - [Order Number]" and include a clear image of the product you wish to exchange. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive the returned product, we will carefully inspect it for any signs of wear and tear. After the inspection, we will issue store credits or vouchers that can be used towards a future purchase on our website. Please note that any shipping costs associated with the exchange will be borne by you.

• A product that has already been exchanged or purchased using store credit is not eligible for further return or exchange.

Additionally, products purchased on sale or customized items — including changes in sizing, pattern, or print — are not eligible for exchange or return. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing it to ensure that all specifications meet your requirements.

• Wash the dark-colored fabrics separately in a bucket.
• Dip in cold water and use a mild cleanser.
• Do not use bleach as it can lead to cracking or fading.
• Drip dry in shade or lay flat to dry.

• Iron inside-out to prevent affecting the printed areas.
