Exchanges, however, can be made in the form of store credits and vouchers. We understand that issues related to size or fit can occasionally arise, and we are here to assist you. To initiate an exchange, please send us an email with the subject line "Exchange Request - Order Number" and include a clear image of the product you wish to exchange. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive the returned product, we will carefully inspect it for any signs of wear and tear. After the inspection, we will issue store credits or vouchers that can be used towards a future purchase on our website. Please note that any shipping costs associated with the exchange will be borne by you.
